S2 Team start and Idea generation 12/03

The first time together is crucial. It is important to decide upon how to work together, establish team norms and rules based on our way of being in general. The way of working and the rules will then change and adapt to the changes that always occur. The exercises introduced to you in this session is meant to help you and your teams along the way!

During the session you will first get an overview of team work and how it is possible to start 'right'. Second, you will start going through some exercises in order to increase the team's chances of successful team work. The first of these exercises is called BIOPICS.

Finally, you will get introduced to an idea generation exercise.
