The Colouring book

This game explores the relationship between organizational structure and task complexity, and links the creative phase with the manufacturing phase of a new product development project. It increases the awareness of the differences in team work when a team is creative and has got a lot of time and when the work processes are more structured and the time is scarce. We will also see the importance of communication within the team when solving problems and how team members solve problems differently.
