Richard Cross
Richard Cross graduated from the University of Auckland in 2007 with a Bachelor of Engineering specialising in Mechatronics. With interests in the field of New Product Design and Design Communication he decided to pursue his PhD researching design systems, and product architecture for Mass Customisation and is currently driving the implementation of such a system in a New Zealand SME.
