Theres a random search box next to the issue page on the first paragraph and spelling mistake on Known Issue on the first page. Also when I clicked on "Tutorials on How to use this website" and a list of topics come out, when I clicked on the topic, I expect to be brought to the tutorial but instead I only see some kind of abstract including "Covers" and "Known Issue" with no clear way to identify or locate the actual tutorial.

OVERVIEW
A maintenance exercise when reusing a course outline could be avoided by using 'local' groups. If cloning could also use the local groups AND have persistence of the cloning 'setting'/'script' that would be even better!

THE PROBLEM
Once the outline has been copied various security (Sharing) settings need to be fixed up with removed inheritance and assignments to the newly created groups for CourseSemester-Tutors, CourseSemester-Team_N, CourseSemester-Team_N+1...

SOLUTION
Ideally the outlines would keep sharing settings set using groups where either the groups are local or the assignment for membership to the group is local. I thought in Plone2.0 local groups and membership was possible? but I can not find any references...

This would mean that at the root of the course outline the assignments to the generic course root set groups Tutors, Team_1, etc. could be assigned thus
\M305-09s2\local_groups
Tutors contains M305-09s2_Tutors
Team1 contains M305-09s2_Team1
etc.

Likewise the cloning settings would use the generic local names Team1, etc.

One assignment at the root for he course would then allow the generic security assignments below to take over. This avoiding errors and maintenance burden to reproduce the security.

Attempting to use the (attach files) with Mehdi today the button simply didn't present a click option on the cursor. This was tried in both Firefox and IE (7 I think maybe 8?)

I just finished Blog 11 marking, and went on to Blog 12. On that page I don't see the full submissions and need to go through the more... link. Marking there worked ok with the first submission, but now I don't see the Marking tab any more. On the William Furley page I see the comment 'Return to the marking of Blog 12' link, but it doesn't seem to work either.

The peer assessment form goes beyond what PloneFormGen can already do. Support for this could probably be added by creating some plugins for PloneFormGen specifically to support groups of students.

Particularly with the all in one marking page it would be nice to see the individual states of the different submissions. For whatever reasons there are often individual submissions that are out of sync with the rest of the group of submissions. And it can be pretty hard to see that.

It would be useful if a student could see easily if they have already created a submission for an assignment that is not yet in review. That should help students see which assignments they have and have not yet attended to.

We had one case where a student created a submission for the wrong assignment. Even after double checking that the submission was correct.

Would be useful to be able to do things such as the Peer Assessment form through the site using tasks.

PloneFormGen gets pretty close to being able to do all that. But there are complications with the Peer Assessment form that makes that a bit tricky to work correctly.

From time to time need to be able to edit the body of clones. Ideally this would be by editing the clone master and then pushing out that edit to all the clones.

This came up in practise when Chris needed to update some details about an assignment submission requirement.

Add in suitable email notification for comments.

At the very least authors should be sent email notification of new comments. And any replies to be sent to everyone who has already commented in that thread.

Though it's not entirely obvious how to widen that audience a little more. For example who should receive email notificaiton when a student adds a comment to their submission? All the tutors and submission participants?

While setting up Criterion as a Submission Participant for student work iteration 1 there seems to be some problem with the image gallery. Ended up granting Criterion all of Participant, SubmissionParticipant, Reader.
